Accicure HBS (also known as CBS, Cyclohexyl Benzthiazyl Sulphenamide) is a delayed-action sulphenamide accelerator. It is primarily used in the rubber industry to ensure high processing safety and to produce high-quality vulcanizates. Offers excellent scorch resistance (prevents premature vulcanization/burning during mixing and processing) while ensuring a fast cure rate at higher temperatures. It imparts high tensile strength and modulus

  • Tyre Manufacturing: Widely used in tyre inner tubes, treads, and radial tyre compounds.
  • General Rubber Goods: Utilized in the production of hoses, cables, and footwear.
  • Camelback / Retreading: Highly suitable for camelback (tyre retread) compounds.
